Crisp Flatbread Inc.
3.0

Attention all pizza lovers, are you feeling like you need more breakfast flatbreads in your brunch? Head down the Cape this summer and Crisp Flatbread in Osterville will put all your breakfast dreams on a perfectly cooked pie! Crisp is known for its fresh wood-fired pizza and homemade pastas, but fortunately for us they serve a Sunday brunch to fill us with breakfast toppings galore on crispy, handmade flatbread dough. The brunch menu mainly consists of shareable breakfast flatbreads, while offering a couple healthy options, one sweet option, and egg sandwiches. The prices are reasonable, especially if you go with a group since you can share the brunch flatbreads, which are $16. We went with the Bacon and Egg flatbread and the Green Eggs and Ham sandwich. The flatbread is huge and flavorful with Parmesan cream sauce, applewood smoked bacon, Gruyere, pecorino, spices and herbs, and topped with arugula. The sandwich is served on soft ciabatta with scrambled egg, arugula, pesto, ham and Gruyere cheese. This brunch is essentially a carb overload, but do we regret it? Not for a second. The atmosphere inside is comfortable and offers a good sized bar or you can enjoy the outdoor patio complete with a fire pit and some lawn games. Crisp is a great place to come for Sunday brunch to carb up and get a little hair of the dog. End your cape weekend the right way and wind down at Crisp.
