We were excited to be invited to try Parish Cafe's new brunch menu. Available at both the Boylston and Mass Ave locations, we dined at the Boylston street one. The place is lively and large with the option of outdoor seating for the perfect spring or summer day, and for us fashionistas, a pregame before meeting up with Tory, Gucci and Prada just one street over. The staff is both accommodating and gracious. Their wide array of brunch sandwiches will be sure to leave you full and satisfied. We opted to start with a pick me up mimosa and good ole fashioned coffee. We have to say, we're truly surprised by how good the coffee is! Bold, rich flavor and perfectly brewed. The menu is breakfast sandwich exclusive, with the regular brunch sides. We decided on the BLT and Cherry Pepper sandwich, which left us more than impressed. The sandwiches are served on a large fresh and fluffy rolls complete with a layer of souffléd egg and all the fixings. The BLT, layered with the freshest romaine, roasted tomatoes and a generous layer of cheese is paired with a delicious basil pesto. The cherry pepper sandwich has crispy onions, pecorino aioli, and dijon mustard. Each comes with sides of perfectly crisp and shockingly ungreasy bacon and thin sliced potatoes that left our mouths watering. The prices are shockingly good for the Back Bay with the sandwiches averaging around $7! #brunchesofboston #brunchroyalty #DTB
